You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns must be in original condition.
NO RETURNS OF CUSTOMIZED OR CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE are allowed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on clearance items. NO RETURNS OF GOAL POSTS, POST PADS or SCRUM MACHINES are allowed.
No items in the "Team Stores" of Ruggers Rugby Supply are eligible for return - these items are made individually and cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you received free shipping on the initial order, you will be charged for that shipping if the items are returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please make a return label by clicking here & entering your Order Number as directed. Contact Us for instructions on the return of larger items, or with any questions. Please do not try to return a non-qualifying item to Ruggers using this system. If we cannot accept the return, no credit will be issued and we will require a payment of shipping costs in order to return it to you.
