Shipping FAQ

Here are some answers to commonly asked questions about Ruggers Shipping....

How long will it take to receive my package?

Here is a map of FEDEX Transit times from our Massachusetts location.  If you package weighs under 3 pounds, it is most cost effective to send via USPS Priority Mail, which most often takes 2 days, sometimes 3 in certain locations.

Can you ship overnight?

We can ship overnight as long as the order is placed by 3pm EST.  FEDEX Expedited shipping such as 2nd Day, 3 Day and Next Day Air are also available. Usually, upgraded shipping costs are extra so we'll let you know what that will cost ahead of time before we ship expedited.

How is shipping calculated?

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates on the shipping quotes page will adjust automatically.

How does same day shipping work?

As long as your order is placed by 3pm EST, it will ship same day!  If there are any issues preventing the shipment, we will contact you.  If you add name, numbering or logo customization, this can increase the turnaround time by 1-2 weeks.

Where do you ship?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

What about shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO Military address?

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are FREE.  If our system automatically assesses a charge during checkout - we will credit that back to you when we process the order.  Thank you for your service!
