Here are some answers to commonly asked questions about Ruggers Shipping....

How long will it take to receive my package?

We ship from West Springfield, Massachusetts. If you package weighs under 3 pounds, it is most cost effective to send via USPS Priority Mail, which most often takes 2 days, sometimes 3 to 5 in some locations.  

Can you ship overnight?

We can ship overnight as long as the order is placed by 3pm EST. UPS Expedited shipping such as 2nd Day, 3 Day and Next Day Air are also available. You can choose the shipping method that suits your needs and the price will be displayed in real time. 

How is shipping calculated?

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates on the shipping quotes page will adjust automatically.  

How does same day shipping work?

As long as your order is placed by 3pm EST, it will ship same day!  If there are any issues preventing the shipment, we will contact you.  If you add name, numbering or logo customization, this can increase the turnaround time by 1-2 weeks.

Where do you ship?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  

What about shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO Military address?

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are FREE.  If our system automatically assesses a charge during checkout - we will credit that back to you when we process the order.  Thank you for your service!
